Reception: A to Z Bubbles

1st Course: Foris Vineyards Riesling paired with Pear Grove Salad

  • Arugula, local Granny Smith apples, grapefruit segments, red wine poached pears, shaved Gouda, hazelnut, honey balsamic vinaigrette

2nd Course: A to Z Pinot Noir paired with Bouillabaisse

  • Mussels, clams, salmon, red onion, capers, smoked garlic, cherry tomatoes, leeks, white wine lobster stock

3rd Course: Division “Beton” Cab Franc Blend with Duck Mir a Pois Ravioli
